Narrowing footpath due to over grown grass/debris

Applies to the 1/2 mile or more stretch of this path. Original width of 1.57/1.6m reduced to 1.6m (less when the vegetaion grows up in the spring/summer. The path needs siding out on the verge side and the kerb side.

Thank you for your report. I have visited the site you pinpointed on the map, on the Foxcombe Road footpath, between Chilswell Farm entrance and Chilswell Lane bridleway, see photos, and assessed the issue that you have identified. This overgrown vegetation that you have described, unfortunately, doesn't meet our current immediate intervention criteria, so I cannot arrange a quick repair. It has been placed/logged on the list of Minor Civils jobs to be assessed for inclusion in future programmed works, subject to there being no conflicting works and sufficient funds. We will continue to monitor this site during our routine inspections.
