Cascade water into road - potential ice hazard

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Water has been cascading into London Road since at least last week. it runs along the western edge of the road from about the lower gate at number 20 to the gulley at the junction. water flow is significant, for some 100m, and with expected freezing temperatures can readily be an ice hazard and associated freeze damage to road surface
