Thank you for your report. I have visited the site, you pinpointed on the map, by 42 & 44 Fogwell Road, see photos, and assessed the issue that you have identified. I have requested a 28 day notice be sent to the owners of these properties, to cut back their vegetation overgrowing Fogwell Road and Fogwell Road to Bushy Close link footpath.

Thank you for your report. I have visited this site on 17/03/2021 and assessed the issue again. The owners of 42 Fogwell Road appear to have cut back their section of hedgerow enough. The owners of 44 Fogwell Road, however, appear to have cut back a lot, but not all, of their vegetation, overhanging Fogwell Road footway and Fogwell Road to Bushy Close link footpath, see photos. I have therefore requested a 14 day notice be sent, to the owners of this property, to cut back the last of their overgrowing vegetation.

Thank you for your report. I have visited this site, on 15/04/2021, and assessed the issue yet again. The owners of 44 Fogwell Road now appear to have cut back their section of hedgerow enough, see first 2 photos.
Regarding the last section of overgrowing hedgerow, located South of 42 Fogwell Road, outlined in red in photo 3. After checking the land registry it appears this section is growing from footway verge owned by and the responsibility of The Vale of White Horse District Council. You need to contact them at.
