Blocked surface water drains

On the downhill section of Cleeve road from the junction with Cleevemede to the corner with Mill Road there are at least 4 surface water drains completely blocked (see pictures). This means when it rains hard there is a "river" flowing down the slope to the only functioning drain at the corner with Mill Road. If this drain is blocked then the road floods at this point. The edges of the road are also being eroded by the water flowing down the hill.
