Overgrown ivy and rubbish

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Ivy on Lyne Toad is overgrown and is bing used as a rubbish dumping place. This is now encroaching on the footpath and restricting the right of way. Can please be cut back and cleaned up.

Still not addressed and the overgrowth of the area is now taking over the pavement. How many more times do I have to do this? You can cut the grass twice since my initial report but not address this!!!
