Light on in day, off at night

The light (which is not private, there is no 'P' on it or any of the lights in the vicinity) turns on in the day and is off at night. This has been faulty for months. I have reported it many, many times and no one has fixed it. It is dangerous, as the broken light is directly over the dark and slippery bridge (which was not salted during the snowy/icy weather).

Please fix this urgently.
