The road surface in the turning circle has completely broken up over a distance of 7 mtrs x 3mtrs in the cul se sac turning circle at the end of Moors Close, Ducklington. This is causing debris from the pothole to be thrown all over the turning circle creating a hazard to cyclist and pedestrians using the cut through to and from Beanhill Road
