Man hole cover lifted up by flood water

Reported via desktop in the Manhole category anonymously at 13:11, Saturday 30 January 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

With the flood down the road today the man hole cover has been lifted up by flood water. Man hole cover is on pathway just before pedestrian crossing. It should be changed out for one the opens and closes (with the hinges) like the one only 2 metres away. With flooding increasing down the road it's lightly cover will lift off and float down the road.
