Surface water drainage blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Surface water drainage from East way to furrows end is not draining away properly. Water sits on the surface of the field opposite furrows end, the drainage only builds up and the level never drops. The old system is blocked since the new builds were built.
