Flooding problem near Morrison’s petrol garage

As you can see from the photos attached, the water is collecting in the road between the traffic lights and the petrol garage (the opposite side to the garage), meaning as a pedestrian you have to walk on the grass or risk getting your legs soaked every time you walk past that area. This has been going on now for many months and I don’t want to be turning up to work with wet legs any longer
