Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Buses and lorries driving along grass verge especially outside 8 Manor Crescent, Didcot churned up grass verge in wet weather spilling mud onto pavement and road. What can be done about the problem? eg posts or changing grass for asphalt surface.
