Street lights 6 & 9 on pathways to the rear of 14 Lincoln Close not working. This is causing a serious security issue. Please rectify ASAP please.

Street lights 6 & 9 still not working on pathways to the rear of 14 Lincoln Close, Bicester. It is now past the 7 working days since reported!! The lights not working are STILL a security risk allowing teenagers to smoke, drink and OTHER THINGS!! under cover of darkness. PLEASE RECTIFY without delay.
