This drain gets blocked regularly and the whole road gets flooded

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This drain is supposed to drain the surface water from the lane but can't cope as it is deeply blocked with mud. I have tried unblocking it but it is blocked too far down to clear it.
