Cycle path being used my vehicles

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

The new cycle path by West Lockinge is continuing to be used by vehicles. This has been reported previously by residents, we were told to wait for new signs. The signs have arrived yet cars still use it. Please see image taken 26th Jan midday of the car driving up the path. The new surface is much improved though, thanks.
