Sunk area of pavement - trip hazard

Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 15:32, Tuesday 26 January 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is an area of pavement which has sunk in front of the side gate to 73 Greys Road Henley. Water collects in the area and there is a trip hazard with a member of the public falling here. I am the owner of number 73 which is let out. I originally thought this was due to work done by Thames Water but after lengthy investigation they have said it is not their responsibility. I have the correspondence with them if that is helpful
