Overgrown hedge encroaching on public highway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hedge overgrown on Reading Road, encroaching into pavement for at least 6 months. It is only possible to walk single file past the hedge and remain on the pavement, in a street busy with traffic and pedestrians.
