  • Thank you for your enquiry. The tree in question is not in the ownership or management of Oxfordshire County Council. Upon inspection it was found that chainsawing operations have taken place to fell this tree. I will be liasing with the District Council regarding ownership and responsibility of this tree and further ascertain if felling was conducted on their behalf.
