The road drainage gulley at the junction of Holliers Close and Sydenham Road is overflowing with water running across the road which is freezing to cause black ice. Accident two days ago, car spun off road. Road gulley has been overflowing for weeks, Suspect gulleys are blocked as is the drainage pipe under the road
