The lampost may be numbered '5' and not '4'. It is obscured by vegetation. Without this light working, it is a very dark junction. It will be evident to your supervisor, when he inspects, that the vegetation is also preventing light reaching the ground!

Light is still not working! This location is a dark sharp corner, obscured by hedges as you approach from either direction. Reported 23rd Jan, and apparently aim was to repair within 7 days. Any progress please?
