Traffic calming humps in poor condition

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Wantage rd, Wallingford. Many of these humps are now in poor condition, the edges are in some cases crumbling and sharp - likely in some cases to cause tyre damage. In other cases, there has been subsidence in the rest of the road surface, causing the humps to stand even further proud of the road as a result. Need checking please.
