Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Large depression southbound near KP stationers. It's approx. 3m long, by 1.5m wide and perhaps 20-30cm deep. Looks like the surface is ok but lower layers have collapsed, traffic cannot avoid as this is a narrow section of road.
