You cut most of the tree down but left a stump. That’s fine but my fence has been badly damaged by your tree, please let me know when you intend to repair or replace my fence. Thank you.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We removed the tree but left part of the stump which we plugged to ensure the tree does not regrow. Further to your point regarding the fence please reference this link https://www.oxfordshire.gov.uk/ residents/ roads-and-transport/ street-maintenance-z/ compensation where you will find further detail and potential claims process. This matter will be handled by our insurance team rather than the tree service.
