  • Hello, The manhole cover is on the south bound side of the B480 at the junction with Kiln Lane. A repair was done by yourselves approx. 2 months ago but a new and random patch of tarmac is now half covering the manhole. The new tarmac surface is somewhat uneven (I am not sure if it has been put there deliberately or not). I don't think a collapse is imminent but do think the situation should be checked as soon as possible as the road carries a large amount of heavy lorry traffic. Thank you.

  • This report has been closed. However the issue has been passed to Thames Water requesting they do a permanent fix asap. Regards
