Reported via desktop in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 09:23, Fri 22 January 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
After rain there is standing water along Church Lane, most of the way along the lane. There is a roadside ditch but there are no adequate gullies to allow the water to drain from the road.

Church Lane is very Flooded, can't get by. No wonder, as the drains are completely filled up with thick mud if you poke a stick a cm. down. They need flushing out. Also the big house nearby is draining water through their fence out onto the lane in a blue pipe, just pouring it over the pavement onto the road.

I thinks it a bit more than standing water. it’s 300mm deep at the deepest point and has now been flooded for three consecutive days.
