Constant water build up/road flooding at end of Knowle Lane (by Broom & Pickery Cottages)
Reported via desktop in the Blocked Drain / Gully category anonymously at 19:47, Thu 21 January 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
At the end of Knowle Lane (end away from B430) there is a continuous pool of water, which only disappears with an extended period of dry weather. The drain system appears not to be adequate in this part of the road. It is highly inconvenient for residents to have a constant lake of water outside their homes, which encroaches under gates and threatens their property. Inconveniences are also caused for deliveries, simply getting into and out of homes, especially with children, is difficult. This is not considered by residents an acceptable state for a road. Please could someone come and take a closer look, many thanks again for your help (PC).
