Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Broken light since last year. Ballard is knocked over. please fixed.
This area feels unsafe with broken light (pitch dark at night) and broken bollard.

I cannot see which part has been fixed. I took this photo on the 18th Feb (evening). The bollard is still lying on the ground and the street light is still broken. The only difference was the clear sky with the bright half moon at time of visit. I am hoping you mentioned 'this issue has now been addressed' is not referring the moon.
