Parcelbox Handle missing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The parcelbox adjacent to the letterbox (see photo) is missing the bar on its handle. It makes the box quite difficult to open. I couldn’t find anywhere on the post office sight to report this.
