Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

This is a council house. It has been left unoccupied by the tenants for months. There is rubbish left out on front garden with fencing clearly damaged to the front. Absolutely disgusting to have to walk past every day when someone is clear responsible. Residents of this quiet close do not deserve this council owned property to be left in such a state. Please deal with this as a matter of priority. As mentioned I believe the tenants moved out months ago.
