My main concern is more to do with access to the Park. With regards to people parking illegally, What is the situation Regarding Traffic Wardens?

The enforcement of formal waiting restrictions (yellow lines) is currently carried out by Thames Valley Police, this is likely to change late this year when Civil Parking Enforcement is introduced into the Vale District and traffic wardens will be deployed. If vehicles are not parking on yellow lines but are parking in such a manner as to either cause an obstruction or a danger then these are offences under Section 22 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and will therefore continue to be enforced by Thames Valley Police.
