Roadside hedge & trees on both sides of the road very overgrown (the grass verge has become non existent)

Roadside hedges and trees have completely been allowed to overgrow the grass verge in this narrow danger spot. There is now no longer any grass verge. makes it impossible for pedestrians or cyclists or horse riders to get out of the way of oncoming traffic in this danger spot, where the becomes narrowed at the brow of the hill outside 'Mossy Bank's' gardens. brambles are very overgrown on one side of road and hawthorn hedge has been allowed to become overgrown trees at the roadside on other side of road.
