Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Travelling from Littlemore, outer lane at/near Eastern By-Pass exit to roundabout, carriageway has sunk in the outer lane, causing nearside wheels of vehicle to bounce and surprise drivers. With maneuvering vehicles risks multi car accident.....
