Traffic management needed for access to recycling centre

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Today when visited the recycling centre there was a queue of cars which was stretch back all the way down the road to go outdoors meaning that people who were not wanting go to the recycling centre ending up having to overtake on the other side of the road which could have caused an accident could you consider having temporary traffic lights and and sending people through the park and rides again like what he did when the site reopened after the first lockdown in May
