I live at 7 St leonards Lane. At the junction of St L Lane, Thames Street and the Thames path [much used] there is a surface water drain. It is a trapped gully. It is full of this year [2020'2021]s oak leaves. It is full of last years oak leaves. It is full of the year before's. In the Betsy floods it flooded. It flooded this last week. At max the flood is 10 paces long, 5 paces wide and abour ankle dep at wost. It has been in need of cleaning out for 2 years. A while back some maintenace wa sdone to the very deep surface water sewer under the Thmaes path/epdestrianside Thames St/ public highway [foot on;y] round St L churchyard. Please deal. It reflects badly on Ox CC Highways..
