Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The road surface through Somerton and up the hill to the Mudgingwell turn is covered in potholes and the surface has disintegrated to such a degree that you have to drive on the other side of the road to avoid damaging tyres or suspension. This is creating a potentially dangerous situation. The large quantities of mud deposited on the road by tractors is making it even worse.
