Pedestrian crossing flooding
Reported via mobile in the Roads and Carriageways category anonymously at 00:20, Fri 15 January 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The side of the road floods on the carriageway that takes traffic towards the town centre side of the Oxford Road every time it’s rains for more than a shower. Makes the crossing virtually impossible to use as surface water covers the crossing area and then vehicles driving through it splashing pedestrians waiting to cross.

Previous picture was from the wrong side of the crossing, apologies for that. It’s the Laburnum Grove side where the issue is.

Still gets covered with water (Laburnum Grive side) when it rains to make the crossing unsafe to use. Needs a new drain as the two gully’s either side are in effective as the road gradient gradient disobey allow the water to flow into them
