Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is some sharp rusted metal dangerously exposed at ankle level on a pedestrian crossing island in central Witney. It’s precise location is close to the junction with Welch Way, just up from the mini roundabout by NatWest Bank. It is extremely hazardous and needs immediate action.
