Tree is looking very precarious in the windy weather and will cause damage to houses and the public if it falls

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The overhanging tree is on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. You are advised to contact land registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the tree is growing and therefore have responsibility of the tree.
