Failed illumination device - sodium bulb

Reported via desktop in the Street lighting category anonymously at 22:11, Wednesday 13 January 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It's gone all dark at night. The cover for the electrics is also missing, but has been covered up in the past by a piece of cable tied guttering.
