Lights malfunctioning

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The pedestrian crossing at this location is malfunctioning. The lights are constantly going red, four times per minute as if someone is constantly pressing the cross button. There is nobody there and the noise of the crossing is keeping us all up at night and causing traffic chaos. This has previously been reported and nothing has been done.
