Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The new sensors that have been made active as of this morning are not working. Street lights do not come on when approaching, then turn on briefly and go off again when you're directly underneath, then turn back on when you are 10 yards past. This is dangerous and can not continue. Please revert back to continuous lighting or at the very least, use sensors that work.
