Burst water pipe

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There seems to be a burst water pipe, as there's water coming up from big pot hole and causing constant flowing water down the lane, which is ruining the road and making a series of potholes quite big! It's been there for at least two weeks.
