All LED street lights at Long Furlong Comm Centre, bridle path & footpath along the park are switching on & off.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Started this morning before 0700 and still the same after 1700. Lights switching on/off. When off area is very dark you cannot see the uneven surfaces & tree roots

These lights are still flickering on and off. This is particularly dangerous through the walk way which is very dark.
