Iincrease motor traffic dangerous to families exercising

Dangerous increase in motor traffic. Caps Lane is now used since covid lockdown by families with small children, cyclists/ runners, horse riders and many walkers for exercise.It is part of a convenient and normally safe circular walk from Cholsey village and recent housing developments.
