13-01-2021 Reply to OCC response HM Land Registry Title Number ON162778 Title Plan shows roadside verge OUTSIDE boundary of field. Field belongs to owner of house opposite the field,Register ON162778. Tree growing in OCC verge opposite house. Map scale 1.1250 stamped by SODC Planning for Crown Inn Pishill shows verge outside boundary of the field in question . OCC site visit in 1987 to inspect OCC tree in verge and allow mirror to be placed on verge .25th October 2013 request http://www.fixmystreet.com/ C/ BvF4P6ATPG6ZGJccHE re the Ash Tree ( noted at the time as Sycamore ) CloudHQ/ Instalcom/OCC at Pishill - RG9 6HJ will be laying data cable -Road Closure 18January2021 for 18 days ref CIVIL/CHQP/OXFORDSHIRE/DA/AE Instalcom image1-Roadside Ash tree. image2- Roadside Ash tree outside boundary of field & facing house A site visit is requested
OCC Response 20-12-2020 The overhanging trees are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. You are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the trees are growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees. Thank you for your enquiry. Tree falling on house or highway from verge 20-10-2020 Tall Ash Tree with confirmed Ash Die Back disease on sloping verge of B480 opposite an inhabited dwelling, my home. Please can Oxfordshire County Council provide the tree`s inspection record as their duty of care. An inspection is requested.
