Grass verge eroded outside No 48 Banbury Road

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 11:43, Wednesday 13 January 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This has been a problem outside No 48 for over 2 years. It has got more hazardous and the water is a danger to both drivers and the careers that help the bed ridden gent at no 48. It is a bigger danger during the cold weather as it forms ice both on the highway and the drive. I have already reported the issue on dec 8th but feel that I need to stress again the importance of this repair for all concerned.

  • Thank you for your report. If you would like to have wooden bollards installed at this site to prevent parking you will need to get the permission of Woodstock Town Council first. The installation of the bollards would be at your cost. If Woodstock Town Council approve the bollards I would be able to obtain a quotation for you for the work to be carried out. You would then need to pay before the work was carried out. Further information regarding this is on our website, www.oxfordshire.gov.uk
