Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Reprted many times previously over last few months - occupier is diligently ignoring any request to cut-back, including along the Footpath through Church. City Council should and can cut it back - before someone slips off the kerb and injures themselves - amny elderly folk in the area......
