Workmen came today to fix this light which was initially very pleasing. However now it is dark and the light has come on, it turns out that the replacement bulb is far too bright and white, totally out of character for a village Lane. It is so bright it is illuminating neighbouring gardens and is very difficult to look out at through windows. Please can this be replaced with a bulb that matches the more subtle light of the rest of the village!
