Water coming through tarmac.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

A4095 going into Hanborough from Witney. Water appears to be come from under tarmac standing and running into drain. Not sure if it flooding from ditch or a pipe leak. Turned to ice on frosty morning very dangerous. Near central bollards. Been there over a week.
