Street light 4 lely court lamp out

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Column 4 outside 9 lely court faulty lamp needs replacing have reported this about 5 times by phone but still in the dark so thought i would try a different way to report the same problem and hope we get a response fingers crossed
