Opposite 3 Highfield Close there is a drain hole with a concrete cover that has been broken, so there is a hole with a 10 foot drop below which is very dangerous. someone may fall down itthat has been broken

There was work done in our road - Highfield Close a couple of months ago, I believe it was when internet cable was being laid. the workmen broke the manhole cover when they were here and left it broken. there is a big hole with a 10 foot drop to water below. this is very dangerous as person or animal could fall in. My husband tried to ask the cable company to sort, but they say it wasnt them, this is dangerous and needs a new cover,
